I love being a nurse. But another passion I have is teaching Pilates. As a Pilates Instructor I bring the Pilates’ Method of Core Stability Breathing to work with me every day. And when I’ve taught it to nurses and patients, we delegate the heavy lifting to our abdominal muscles instead of our spine.
