Life in the fast-lane doesn’t make making changes easy.
This is why I created the retreat/workshop Medicine Walks and the Art of Inquiry.
If you are like most health professionals and leaders you are booked solid. And without giving yourself the time to reflect on what may be blocking or challenging yourself to make the health, life or professional changes you seek, your pathway to reach your goals becomes a gauntlet instead of the clear roadmap it can be.
Are you
Medicine Walks and the Art of Inquiry is a unique and potent pathway
to laser-clarity and right-action.
It always amazes me the answers my participants receive
when they take the time to inquire, take time in nature
and reflect of the messages they receive.
For health professionals and leaders who want influence and impact,
while staying sane and healthy, doing the work they love.
In the old days, people went on long journeys into the wilderness, or fasted for days or spent months in a monastery, to learn the methods of opening their gateways to inner guidance.
Why did they do this?
But in modern life, most of us don’t have the time or inclination toward extreme measures to access the wisdom that is around us. The good news? There are easier ways!
Inquiry is a quest, an exploration, a willingness to suspend what you think you know and a willingness to be surprised.
Combine Inquiry with Guidance from Nature and you receive invaluable input to expand, clarify and deepen your work in the world.
This is why I created the program Medicine Walks and The Art of Inquiry. An effective method that integrates indigenous wisdom and integrative nurse coaching that offers you more access to and trust of your inner wisdom to guide your life and work.
A Medicine Walk is a form of a quest while you hold a question about an important issue in your work or personal life.
Why time in Nature? Nature is a rich source of invaluable messages in the form of metaphors which is decoded through our retreat/workshop activities.
Medicine Walks and The Art of Inquiry is for you if you are a health professional, entrepreneur and/or leader who wants greater access to your inner wisdom for guidance and direction in your work in the world.
Before you take your Medicine Walk, you’ll learn how to frame your question so your time in and with Nature becomes a clear roadmap responding to the question you posed.
At my retreat center, you’ll have the comfort of our studio meeting space with cozy nooks to reflect and journal and the wilderness at our doorstep.
From this retreat/workshop you’ll read your messages, focus your ideas,
know where to put your energy, and amplify your work in the world.
